The sentence you type
To make badges, the sentence you type is sent to Google's Gemini model, which splits it into the words a badge needs. Google receives the sentence and nothing else about you.
We keep the sentence and the badges made from it on our server. Without an account, a request is deleted after 24 hours. A sentence can stay longer: when someone types the same sentence again, they get the same page. So please keep private details out of what you type.
Badges made without an account can be seen by anyone who has their address or types the same sentence. Badges made with an account can be seen only by you. They stay with your account.
Accounts
An account keeps your email address and a scrypt hash of your password. We never store the password itself. While you are logged in, we record what you do on the site: pages viewed, badges made, downloads, and colour and motion choices. We use this to see which badges people use and to improve them.
When you create an account, we record the date you agreed to the Terms of use and this policy.
Visitor counts
We count visits without cookies. Each visit is counted under a hash of a shortened IP address and the browser name, and the hash changes every 90 days, so it cannot follow you longer than that. The IP address is used to look up the country and is then dropped. We do not store it. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the visit is not counted. Bots are left out.
Without an account you can make a few requests before we ask you to register. We count them under the same hash.
Cookies
Visitors without an account get no cookies. We set cookies only when you log in: one that keeps you logged in for up to 30 days, which scripts cannot read, and one that tells the page you are logged in. Logging out removes both.

- Google, for the Gemini model that reads your sentence.
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, which hosts our server.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to privacy@copreso.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.
